About Masaar
Masaar is a new residential development located in the suburban area of Masaar, Sharjah. The project is being implemented by Arada, and the first units are expected to be delivered in the first quarter of 2023. The community features an abundance of green areas and more than 50,000 trees, and residential buildings are surrounded by various plants. As a result, residents can enjoy plenty of fresh air and nature.
Masaar is situated near Emirates Road and Mleiha Road, which provide direct routes to neighbouring areas, such as Tital City, Al Gharayen, and Al Khawaneej. While construction of the centre is being constructed, residents can access commercial and social facilities in the neighbouring areas of Sharjah. Residents have access to a wide range of amenities situated within a 10- to 20-minute drive of the development. For groceries and household goods, residents can shop at Geant, Rukn Al Sajaa, and Al Sajaa King. Residents can take advantage of local educational and medical institutions, including New World American School, Fatima Al Zahra Primary and Secondary School for Girls, Al Ansar International School, and the University Hospital Sharjah, which can be reached within a 20-minute drive.

Since Masaar is located in the centre of the city, visiting Sharjah beaches will take around a 40-minutes drive. Residents can drive via Al Dhaid Road to reach Al Khan Beach and Al Fisht Beach.
Shopping Malls
Masaar Souq will be home to several retail outlets, restaurants and cafés and other convenience stores. Residents can also visit the nearby shopping malls including Zero 6 Mall and Rahmania Mall. Both the shopping malls are easily accessible within a 20-minute drive.

There is a bunch of restaurants on the northern and western side of the residential development located a 20-minute away. Popular ones include Bab Al Punjab, Green Tea Restaurant, Karachi Star Restaurant and Dhaka Restaurant. Residents can also dine at the best restaurants in Sharjah such as Crisol, Black Salt and Jimmy’s Shack in a 27 to 20-minute drive.

Green Spine in Masaar is the highlight of the community featuring 50,000 trees set in a wide forested area. The residential community will be home to a large international school and nursery facilitating parents with school-going children. Moreover, there are plenty of reputable schools within a short drive from the community. GEMS Our Own English High School Sharjah Boys Branch is the nearest one following the CBSE curriculum for Kindergarten to Grade 12 students.
In a 20-minute drive lies New World American Private School for Kindergarten to Grade 12 students. It is one of the best American schools in Sharjah offering a range of sports facilities along with academic activities. Other schools near the community are Fatima Al Zahra Primary and Secondary School for Girls Sharjah and Al Ansar International School.

Residents seeking medical assistance can head to University Hospital Sharjah in a 20-minute drive.
